Membership of the DLM Forum is open to any organisation or person interested in archives, information and records management with the proviso that individual membership is not available to employees or associates of organisations that would otherwise be eligible for organisational membership.

The DLM Forum was founded by the European Commission and therefore has a European focus, however there is no restriction on applications for membership from countries outside the European Union.

Typically, members come from the following areas and institutions:

• Academic/Research
• Public Bodies
• Private Organisations
• Consultants
• Suppliers
• Individuals
